All prices quoted in our itineraries are subject to change with the individual requirements of each party. Therefore prices are not guaranteed until final quote has been provided.

You can either make a deposit or cash transfer to our international bank accounts, or you can also use your credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

General Conditions

1. Rates in this web page are net, non commissionable, and subject to change without previous notification. IL VIAGGIO TRAVEL has the right to change or adjust any rate if necessary. Rates include all items specified in each service.

2. All the rates in this web page apply to individual travelers. Rates for groups must be requested by our clients via fax or e-mail.

3. PAYMENTS: Our costumers must send payments using any of the payment methods mentioned. IL VIAGGIO TRAVEL has the right to cancel any reservation, if the client does not comply with the payment conditions agreed.

4. CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be sent by our costumer in writing via fax or e-mail. Our costumers will also receive a note sent by IL VIAGGIO TRAVEL via fax or e- mail, stating that the reservation has been cancelled, and showing the cancellation number. Our costumers will be responsible for payment of any penalty if he/she does not have the cancellation in writing sent by IL VIAGGIO TRAVEL, stating that the reservation has been cancelled and containing the cancellation number.

5. NO SHOW: In case of no show of a passenger after a service has been confirmed, IL VIAGGIO TRAVEL will charge the costumer the total amount of the service confirmed. Now, in case that passenger has future services with IL VIAGGIO TRAVEL and sends a written request, IL VIAGGIO TRAVEL will try to cancel those services and return any amount. This will be subject to the cancellation policies of the supplier.

6. IL VIAGGIO TRAVEL will not accept any claim for services provided, after 30 days of the date that the service started.
