Costa Rica has two seasons: The Dry Season or “Golden Season” and the Rainy Season or “Green Season”. The Dry Season lasts from December to April, during which time it rains only once or twice a month.

The Rainy Season lasts from May through November.The heaviest rainfall occurs during September and October.
